GOLDEN BERRY FIZZ
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
1 1⁄2 oz Bourbon
3⁄4 oz maple syrup
2 oz Walker Brothers Non-Alcoholic Blueberry
Jasmine kombucha
1 dash Angostura bitters
Blueberries, skewered
METHOD
In a shaker tin, combine egg, bourbon, and maple syrup. Shake until the mixture begins to “fluff.” Add ice into the mixture and shake for an additional 30 seconds. Pour Walker Brothers Non-Alcoholic Blueberry Jasmine kombucha into the tin and gently stir. Strain into a chilled Collins glass and top with bitters. Garnish with skewered blueberries.
