THE ONE WHERE IT'S KIND OF A MARGARITA

INGREDIENTS
1⁄2 oz mezcal
1⁄4 lime juice
1⁄2 oz agave syrup
4 oz Walker Brothers Hard Watermelon Lime kombucha
Tajín
1 lime wheel

METHOD
Rim a rocks glass with Tajín. In a shaker tin, combine mezcal, lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake until incorporated. Pour cocktail mixture into the glass over ice, then top with Walker Brothers High Gravity Watermelon Lime kombucha. Garnish with a lime wheel.
