Shipping Policy
We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. for non-alcoholic products. Our alcoholic kombucha products are strictly pick up only.
We aim to get your order out the door as soon as we can. Once it’s with the carrier, you can typically expect delivery within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, order volume or carrier delays may slow things down a bit, thanks in advance for your patience.
Need to make a change? Email us at orders@drinkwalkerbrothers.com within 4 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help. Once your order ships, we’re unable to make edits — at that point, your best bet is to reach out directly to the carrier to re-route or update delivery details.
